Performance management is the continuous activity of tracking the overall performance of an organization, its employees and/or its investment over a period of time against specific targets and looking for opportunities to improve.

At Accu-Dat, the purpose of performance management is to improve performance in identified critical areas by creating accountability of the personnel towards the defined and measured goals and objectives of the organization.

How does Accu-Dat practice Performance Management?


We practice performance management by having an ongoing communication process that involves both the performance manager and the employee in:

  • Identifying and describing essential job functions and relating them to the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Developing realistic and appropriate performance standards.
  • Giving and receiving feedback about performance.
  • Writing and communicating constructive performance appraisals.
  • Planning training and development opportunities to sustain, improve or build on employee work performance.
